Toshiba Research is recruiting Hardware and Software Engineers, for its Quantum Information Group. Based in Cambridge, they are full-time, contract roles.
"The successful applicants will be responsible for the development of digital control electronics and software for next-generation quantum cryptography systems and networks in collaboration with Toshiba’s R&D Center in Tokyo."
"Candidates should preferably hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A proven track record in FPGA development is essential for the hardware post, while programming expertise using C/C++ is required for the software post. Prior knowledge of quantum cryptography is not essential."
