[unable to retrieve full-text content]A Progress-M13 capsule successfully launched on 30 October from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. It marks the first flight to the International Space Station (ISS) since the failed Progress launch in August. The Progress-M13 is carrying 3t of food and water to the ISS. It is scheduled to dock on 1 November, where it will remain to serve as a lifeboat.
