Flash memory provider OCZ Technology Group Inc. has closed its acquisition of a British engineering division and intellectual property from PLX Technology.
The deal closed Monday, less than three weeks after OCZ announced the agreements.
The acquisition includes PLX's UK Design Team, a 40-engineer division based in Abingdon, United Kingdom. OCZ is based in San Jose, Calif.
The financial terms of the deal haven't been disclosed.
OCZ shares added 18 cents, or nearly 3 percent, to $6.72 in Monday's afternoon trading.
